No email after ticket submission

The bottom line: I submitted a ticket (twice) and did not receive the email with the ticket number
How to replicate: ... submit a ticket

I checked my email address twice, both times.

I just reported viking and my email got through so they must have fixed it.

tested it and on my gmail and it was in spam (with my diagnostic email so when its a response to a ticket it might still work but i would check the spam folder).

also to head off anyone who has a weird old email service provider like AOL or mail.com I know that you can not get emails from vanillacraft forums or support and its because I need a PTR record (old way of verifying that the email is indeed from my server). I have attempted to generate the PTR record but it seems to not be working and it effects so few people that I have put in a ticket with D.O. (our webserver provider) so if it gets made then things will be auto fixed and if not, well go get a new email with gmail or some other provider that doesn't require PTRs.
