Buying Silk Touch Picks (New prices)

Postby PiePeter527 » Wed Feb 19, 2014 2:14 am

Here are my rates for buying silk touch diamond picks.
These must all be unused and new (if it's renamed please note)
Silk Touch, Unbreaking III, Eff IV - 15 diamonds each
If it is used I may still buy it but for a smaller price.

Nothing wrong economic competition to drive down prices for the consumers.

I dont even have a pick to sell at the moment, I just knew if I said something someone would steal the trade.

Uhh I'm just passing through and want to add something, what you did was not economic competition to drive down prices for the consumers, it was a move to ensure a trade so you could benefit and/or the other trader would miss out on a deal.
If it was for the consumers the prices would be public and there would be actual haggling instead of random and private offers (to which other sellers cannot respond).

Funny thing is I didn't even make a deal. I didn't even mention a price. Nothing's stopping you from PMing to secure a deal. If everyone got smart all trade negotiations would be done privately...as it happens in the real world. It's a common practice to secure business without letting the competition know where you draw the line. Nevertheless, it still drives down prices because you have to make I'm an offer that you feel would be lower than anyone else's.

What is? That I took the initiative? Tis a shame indeed.

Mine is to secure a trade with piepeter by offering a lower price than what he has in his OP.

What's yours?
